Joshua Mendoza is the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Celestria Health, where he leads the organization’s strategic vision, advocacy efforts, and healthcare initiatives. He oversees the development of healthcare education resources, community-based programs, and partnerships designed to expand access to care and address systemic barriers affecting underserved populations.

Mr. Mendoza’s academic training and clinical experience in the United States and abroad shaped his understanding that healthcare outcomes are influenced not only by medical care, but also by educational, socioeconomic, and environmental factors.

Driven by the belief that healthcare is a fundamental human right, Mr. Mendoza founded Celestria Health to address the root causes of health inequity and empower communities through accessible education, advocacy, and preventative care. He is focused on establishing a sustainable, preventative healthcare framework that begins in California and ultimately scales to serve the world, ensuring that neither socioeconomic status nor background prevents individuals from achieving their optimal health.
