Leila Dubon serves as the Director of Strategic Growth and Impact at Celestria Health, where she focuses on organizational expansion, community outreach, and amplifying the organization’s mission. Working closely with executive leadership, she supports initiatives designed to expand access to preventative care across diverse communities throughout California and beyond.

Leila is deeply committed to addressing health inequalities through education and community engagement. She currently serves as Co-Executive Director of the UCLA branch of a feminist youth empowerment organization, where she leads initiatives providing supplemental education within the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Through her work with Celestria Health, Leila hopes to empower individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to advocate for their health and well-being while advancing more equitable healthcare outcomes for underserved communities.
