Leila Marr serves as the Executive Director of Public Policy Advocacy and Social Research at Celestria Health, where she leads initiatives focused on advancing equity for low-income and unhoused populations throughout Los Angeles. In her role, she co-initiated community engagement efforts in the Pico-Union area, conducting surveys to better understand residents’ needs and inform responsive support initiatives.

Her work includes distributing essential resources such as first aid supplies, clothing, cookware, toys, and feminine hygiene products to underserved communities. With a strong commitment to public health and social justice, Leila is particularly interested in improving access to basic needs and amplifying underserved voices through culturally relevant outreach and bilingual communication.

Through her work with Celestria Health, Leila hopes to raise awareness of structural inequities while advocating for sustainable, community-centered solutions that improve health and quality of life for vulnerable populations.
