Srushti Patil serves as Chief Communications Officer and Executive Vice President of Public Policy at Celestria Health, where she leads grassroots advocacy efforts and supports legislative initiatives focused on health equity and community impact throughout California. In her role, she works to bridge community voices with meaningful policy action that improves healthcare accessibility for underserved populations.

She brings a strong background in public policy, having worked with the U.S. House of Representatives, Indian American Impact, California Health Collaborative, and Kaiser Permanente, where she supported legislation affecting immigrant communities, underrepresented populations, and access to care. Most recently, at FWD.us, she helped establish partnerships with 17 large-city mayors to urge the Biden Administration to protect undocumented immigrants, contributing to protections for more than 600,000 TPS holders. Her interests center on racial and ethnic disparities in healthcare, and she remains committed to advancing a more equitable healthcare landscape through community-centered advocacy and public policy reform.
